The Arora Hotel Gatwick/Crawley was a fantastic place to stay! My room was a Superior Double Room that felt spacious and cozy, featuring a welcoming decoration and a comfortable bed that guaranteed a great night's sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel at home right from the start. I appreciated the complimentary drink vouchers that added a nice touch to my experience.
Bar service was slow at times.

During my recent stay, I was attending a business seminar nearby and found the location incredibly convenient, as it was a short walk to the venue. The best aspect was the reliable shuttle service to the airport, which made my travel hassle-free. My Superior Double Room was well-equipped and offered a comfortable retreat after a long day. I appreciated the clean and tidy environment that helped me relax.

This hotel was just a fitting option for a stopover in Crawley with outstanding value for money. The rooms are okay, but the service left a lot to be desired, like the long wait at check-in. I'd recommend checking in later to avoid crowds.

the staff here r super friendly and make u feel at home! the location is really nice, close to town with lots of places to eat. the shuttle to the airport was also really cheap and easy. rooms were clean and comfy, no complaints on that front.
however, the breakfast wasn’t that great and the phone in my room didn’t work, which meant no wake-up call. also, a bit noisy from the trains.

I loved starting my mornings with the tasty breakfast and great service from Raji at the Palm bar, who was always ready to whip up a cappuccino with a smile. It's also a treat to relax by the lovely pool and enjoy the cozy lounge area. The only thing I noticed was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my stay at all! 🌟
